Turnaround All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

By accessing the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

2. All Sales Are Final Policy Please review your order carefully before checking out. No Returns or Exchanges: All sales made through the Site or at our physical shop are final, absolute, and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or offer store credit for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, or changed minds.

Damaged or Defective Items: We take immense pride in our seed-to-shelf quality. In the rare event that a Product arrives verified as damaged or subject to a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at SowingSeedsNursery@gmail.com within three (3) days of delivery. Remittance or replacement for defective items is granted solely at the Company’s discretion, subject to consumer protections under Tennessee law.

Not Medical Advice: The statements made regarding our Products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
